IT Specialist
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsible for working with MASABA's 3rd party provider to manage, operate, maintain, and deploy MASABA's IT Assets, infrastructure,corporate software, phone, security and print services.
In alignment with the business goals and objectives, this individual will plan,direct, design, and assist current provider to implement IT related activities and support MASABA's departmental activities.
JOB DUTIES- Act as primary liaison with MASABA's current 3rd party IT contracted services company.
- Work with 3rd party to manage, administer, maintain MASABA's IT infrastructure (network, servers, hardware, software, phone,security, print services, network services)- Become a Global Shop (ERP system) primary contact and expert:
ERP Software Administrator, software support, systems/businessanalyst, programmer, business intelligence reporting (Crystal Reports, SQL, BI)- IT Helpdesk for all hardware, software and network devices- Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and othermetrics and needs.
- Facilitates IT security audits or investigations.
WORK EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS- ERP Software Administration; security officer- IT Infrastructure Administration; server admin, active directory, firewall, Exchange, etc.
- Business Intelligence Reporting:
design, development, implementation, SQL, Crystal Reports, etc.
- Microsoft O/S and workstation hardware- Network access points/device configuration and monitoring- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
(Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint)- Ability to lift and/or move 35 lbs or more.
- Must have excellent attendance history.
- Must be able to read and understand English.
- Must possess high level organizational skills.
